She does not respect you and thinks that you will do whatever she tells you to. Therefore, she can walk on you with impunity.
Dump her. File for divorce and take her for everything you can get.

That sounds like a good question for your partner. Sounds like you may not be a couple any more, but you are the last one to find out. If she truly feels like you are meddling, you need to move on....it's over.
