OMFG!!!!! When did Elvis die?!?!?! He just sacked my groceries at the PIggly WIggly on thursday!!!

I think they should make it a national holiday and give everyone a day off whether they need it or not :)
Personally I'm still reeling over James Brown dying on Christmas Day. Every Christmas I'll think about that from now on & wonder how long it will take to get him out of his daughters back yard & put him in his final resting place.

Yes, you should get personal leave for the loss of Elvis. Your company should also pay for the counseling it takes to get over it.

Unfortuantely, companies typically don't even give that much PTO for the death of a close family member, so....good luck with that....
