don't you just love how all the connies out here refuse to acknowledge that libby is a convicted criminal and deserved what he got?
i find it endlessly fascinating that they will talk on and on and on about how clinton did this and clinton did that.
you know it occurs to me that most connies probably don't live in the moment.
poor things...

I am thinking he will be pardoned at the end of the term.
Why spend the $$ on an appeal when you know this is going to happen?

We all know a pardon will come in about 13 months.
What I'm wondering is can Bush etal now talk about the administration's role in outing of CIA agent Valerie Plame, since the case is now over. They've been saying they can't discuss it while it was still in the courts.
Will anyone in the corporate media ask about this? Bet they won't!

If he appealed and lost, his commutation would no longer apply....also Bush would be out of office by then, so another commutation or pardon wouldn't be possible.
Will Bush grant a full pardon as his last order of business ?...you betcha !

Why not? Bill Clinton pardoned at lot worse folks than Libby.
If Hillary gets elected will she bring the stuff she took from the White House back?

To answer your question;
Maybe, but one thing is for sure a pardon for Libby would be less of a issue than the drug dealers and pedophiles pardoned by the last president.

Zionist Jews like him see themselves and sadly probably are a master race who belong to a Feudal global over class who are in the process of consolidating global control.
The law is only for the 'goyim' - they sort they murdered on 9/11.

I hope so. If Clinton can pardon his brother, his brother-in-law and Marc Rich, W can certainly pardon the Scooter.
