I would offer them face value only.
The MEN are selling tickets daily for the take that concerts. Give them a call or keep your eye on the website.
If you do, buy the tickets from Ebay, before you bid, send an email to the seller asking if they'll meet you at the venue to exchange tickets and money. Alternatively before you bid, phone the MEN and ask how you can authenticate the tickets. Then ask the seller for this proof.

£50 each is more than enough depending on your seats. I went to see them at Newcastle and the show was fab!
