no a dollar to a guy on the street doesnt help. i used to feel sorry for these people until i figured out most were runaway druggies. I could care less about those skanks! I gave one money one time and they took of running down an alley. I walked over and seen that he had pulled out a huge wad of money!! they just want money for their drugs. they can go get jobs like everybody else!!

I do think that child molesters deserve way much more time than what they usually recieve.

dont you think there would HAVE TO be something mentally wrong with a person who would get fun out torturing defenseless animals?
most normal people would say YES.

Hell no! He should have gotten the maximum five years, and even that wouldn't be enough in my view. He not only financed the operation, he took part in "executing" underperforming dogs. He used defenseless smaller dogs and cats as bait to make the poor pits more aggressive.

Anyone who engages in animal fighting--and this includes the idiots who bet on the matches--is a sick scumbag. But I don't know if a mental hospital can do anything about a wholehearted lack of compassion.

Too much time. But Americans are pretty sick when they have luxery condos for their dogs, complete iwth beds, but have no interest in helping kids on the street. And no, a dollar to the guy on the corner doesn't help.

And when Americans sentence a child molestor to 18 months or less, well, THAT is sick. But then I understand a lot of judges like little girls.

Michael Vick is not mentally ill, so he has no need for mental health therapy.
He is simply a guy who made some cruel and illegal decisions regarding his animals, and his sentence was within the recommended legal guidelines.

I think the time is too much. He did not show a lot of true remorse for his actions. In addition, dog fighting and cock fighting were once the norm and are considered by many to be a part of African-American culture.
