Yes, it is the Christmas season that always puts me in a mood like this ..... spending time with your family and close friends ..... shopping for just the right Christmas gift ..... driving to the country to pick and cut down the perfect tree ...... the bells ....... the snow for many people ...... all of the beautiful smells from candles and all of the delicious holiday foods ....... listening to all of your favorite holiday songs ...... witnessing the kindness and generosity that people give to the needy ....... and baking and eating all of those yummy Christmas cookies ....... that is what is making me smile from ear to ear ....... = )

Just thinking about the grin of the Cheshire Cat. He is a fictional cat appearing in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. He appears and disappears at will, engaging Alice in amusing but sometimes vexing conversation. The cat sometimes points out philosophical points and has the ability to disappear. He can disappear his whole body and face except for his grin. Alice in The Adventures of Wonderland is said to remark that she has often seen a cat without a grin but never a grin without a cat.
