They have both put those numbers up in a single game before this season....
It is the Jets as well.....
Possible....But not likely

They will, because it's against the Jets or never..
If they don't do break the records after beating the Jets and clinching home field advantage, I don't see it happening.
Remember that Manning only threw 2 TD passes in his last 3 games. In his last game he actually had 2 attempts and he sat.
Bellichick will likely do the same, he will prefer to rest his starters instead of setting meaningless records. So Brady and Moss won't play more than 2 drives in the last couple of games.
As a plus, Brady suffers from a chronical shoulder injury that has put him in the injury report in the last 4 years.

Let's see... the Jets defense is 25th in points given up per game, 11th in pass yardage given up and 32nd of 34 teams in rushing. I think this is a good week to have Maroney on your fantasy team.
I think Brady will break the record, but I am not sure about Moss. Brady should be able to do this easily against the Jets, but it could as easily be Vrabel, Welker, Watson or Stallworth catching the balls. Moss also dropped a TD pass yesterday, so that's a concern with him setting the record.
I think BB and Brady would be thrilled to break the record against Mangenius, so yes for Brady, maybe for Moss.

Brady yes, but in so far as Moss is concerned, Jerry Rice set that record in 12 Games. (1987 was a strike year). While Moss will hold the single season record at the end of this year, it will have taken him at least 14 games, 2 more than Jerry

I don't know about Moss but there is NO WAY IN HELL that Tom Brady is leaving that field without taking the record. You saw how persistent he was when he wanted to break his career high for passing touchdowns in a game. Honestly I'll be very surprised if Brady doesn't break the record, then again he might save it for the Dolphins ;)

according to risk if Wes Welker gets injured. Wes Welker has very reliable stats and is getting the ball further and extra on a consistant point. Randy Moss is greater of the vast play guy. in spite of the undeniable fact that that's definately a danger. Plexico Burress might have an identical volume of touchdowns as Randy Moss while the season ends.

Absolutely no way this weekend. I would be surprised if Brady gets 1 touchdown and if Moss scores at all. Huge snowstorm expected this weekend in foxboro. They will both take over the record books this year, however. Go Bears!

I'm thinking they will probably need one more week, not sure if they are going to keep these guys in all game anymore. Starting to get to the point where you do not want to risk injury late in a game, especially if it is a run away. Although I think they have had this game circled for awhile on their calender.

Maybe Brady will tie. Not this week for Moss, but he will probably get it eventually (Miami)

I'm guessing they will need one more game. I hope it happens. For a long time Brady had to hear about how he didn't have "the numbers" but Manning did. And to be fair, Manning had to hear about how Brady had the rings and he did not.
