I would thank them for their business in the past and then wish them a Merry Christmas or Happy Holiday, whichever because you may not know who celebrates what holiday.

i think of that's a outstanding gesture. sign it with some thing uncomplicated, in case you had to write extra suitable than merely "signing it" write some thing like....Wishing you a secure and happy holiday season. my in uncomplicated terms advice may well be that till you very own a christian based business enterprise, which you deliver a card it relies extra on iciness holiday's than Christmas. I make and sell greeting playing cards and the business enterprise's i've got made playing cards for interior the previous, continuously % snow flakes, snowmen, etc... and that they continuously % happy holidays quite than merry Christmas. i actual rejoice Christmas. yet no longer everybody does, and you do no longer choose to "offend" your clientele. wish this permits

I would just say that you appreciate their business and wish them a happy holiday season. I would keep it short and simple, and definitely would avoid anything that sounds like you are trying to solicit more business with the card (such as we hope to see you soon or we look forward to doing more business with you in the coming year)...I think that would be tacky.

Keep it at arms length so to speak, just thank them for their patronage and wish them the best the season has to offer, that way you don't insult anyone's religious or nonreligious beliefs.
May the joy, hope, peace and love the season has to offer be with you and your family.

I get one from the local garage and it is just signed with the owners name, so Joe Bloggs and staff. You would be writing forever if your start including messages.

How about "thanks for your patronage this past year. Have a blessed holiday season." What about adding: "Just as a token of gratitude, present this card for a free oil change."
