no but the steering linkage might need to be loosened and dropped down to get the headers in

No way. Just have to pull off the exhaust system and then the exhaust manifolds. You will have to be working on the top and bottom of the car. I have seen instances where the motor might have to be slightly lifted to get the header in, but not on this type of car.
