i took a p.t. last night and two lines came up but one of them is really really light. could this be a false positive? or could i really be pregnant?

even if it shows a little it is still positive.. thats how mine was and also my friends

You probably took the test a little bit too early. But, nonetheless, you are pregnant. Any hint of a second line is a "positive". If you are still not so sure, there are other tests that say, "pregnant or not pregnant" instead of the lines. HTH, with my last pregnancy, I had a very faint second line, but was still pregnant.

A faint line is still considered a positive result. You can either wait a couple of more days and take another take and it will most likely show up as two dark lines or go to your doctor and they will do a blood test to confirm the pregnancy.

It means the same thing it says in the directions that came with the test. 2 lines means positive. Congrats.

you could really be pregnant, as long as it showed up within 10 mins, any time after that could be an evaporation line. and it shouldnt be a line that you have to squint at or hold in a different light to see. you are pregnant, if this is the circumstance. congrats!!!!!

It doesn't matter how dark the second line is as long as it is there that is a positive. If you are doubtful wait until in the morning and test with your first urine. Best wishes and I think you are pregnant!!!!!

It means you tested too early, and youre pregnant.
Wait a few days and test again, the line will be darker.

you are pregnant...they is never a false positive, only a false negative. Go to the OBGYN and get checked for sure! Good luck!!

you should take a test in the morning. you are most likely prego but you will have better luck taking a test in the am or if you cant take it of a morning wait a few weeks and the pm test will come out clearer.

Two lines (whether one's darker than the other or not) means you're pregnant.
