A short could be anywhere. If you have recently added any electrical devices lately? You may have caused on if you did. Have you done any other repairs lately? That would be a good place to look for trapped, pinched or stripped wires.
If there is a relay sticking, you can sometimes find it by disconnecting the ground cable from the battery and listening closely as you reattach it. Any relay being energized will click.
Other than that you have to troubleshoot.
