Lawyers will write up a personal service contract for us but for $1500. I believe we have a simple case, (relatively small amount of money)...Can a paralegal write this contract for cheaper? Or is there a generic one you can buy ike the wills?

If you go to your local library references section they will have all the documents you need with instructions. You can make copies there and once filled out properly a notary needs to sign to make it legal. Then you take it to the local court to have it recorded (only $35.00 where I live) by the clerk.

yes there are samples on the internet -- i will go off and try to local it later today!!!
