An open door at a new career.. paying at least $ 12 -$14 an hour...not just any job. I'd take a pay cut just to get the experience and the thrill of doing what I enjoy. Or
The money to move into a house. Right now I'm in a condominium..and the kids need more space.

I would like good nights sleep. No snoring from the husband. Going to bed at a normal time without anything lingering on my mind. My two year old potty training son not to wake me up a half hour before my alarm goes off to tell me he has to go potty. Yes, that would be great.
