I love the thought of cinnamon rolls, too! But nearly every year I make chocolate pancakes, eggs, and bacon served with our favorite coffee and juice.

Eggnog, I use it in place of milk in pancakes and french toast. Adding a little vanilla and cinnamon is also great. We insist on a good breakfast before opening presents and there is always lots of fresh fruit/nuts delivered by "Santa" on the table.

I also have to have warm cinnamon rolls - I don't know if it's so much about the roll, than it is about the smell in the house!

I make a baked apple french toast (real easy, mix it up the night before, keep in the fridge, then pop in the oven that morning), sausage, orange juice and hot apple cider. I love that it makes the house smells so good :) If you want a recipe...just let me know.

I like to eat what's called "The Tremendous 12". I don't know if Perkins still has it, but it's GOOD. Then I finish it off with Egg Nog.

My husband always cooks a pancake breakfast. I get to open all the darn plastic toy packaging and put in batteries.
