Maybe try those 5 calorie drink mixes. The little packet that you dump into your water bottle. That might work and you won't have to have a lot of sugar, either.

I did with my last pregnancy, I was dying of thirst so I would go drink a big glass of water, then yuck, nausea! So I had to not drink so much at one time. Or try squeezing a lil lemon juice in your water, that should help. Congrats!

yes, yes, yes, I had this big time for like the first 5-6 months, really sucks, cause it's so easy to get dehydrated, and then that will make you fee even worse (I got migraines when I got extra dehydrated).
I never really found a solution, except to drink real juice and try to sneak little bits of water in here and there. Oh yeah, watermellon worked really well for me in the early months.

1] do not mix liquids with solids [ at a meal, for example - drink about 30 minutes later ]
2] eat foods that have a lot of fluid in them [ hot cereal, broth, jello, pudding, ice cream ] - they count as fluids in daily intake
3] when having a drink, take one swallow, wait; then take one swallow, wait. Repeat in 5 - 10 minutes.
I know it's a pain, but it works!
Fluids to try:
glass of water with a teaspoon of favorite juice in it
weak tea; mostly decaf [ no milk ]
Test other fluids by taking one sip at a time to see how it 'sits' in your stomach.
I avoid artificial colors/sweeteners, especially while pregnant.

It stinks huh?!!! I am going through the same thing. My doc told me to just drink stuff I could handle (sprite, koolaide) until I felt better. It should get better by your 2nd trimester so then you can drink all the water you want. I will be 10 wks tomorrow and I am noticing my morning sickness seems to me easing up on me! YEAH!!! Good luck!
