I like to chicken quesadilla leftovers from Ruchis, and Jack in the Box tacos reheated!
also fried chicken from either KFC or Churches but it has to be cold.

I've gotta say left over turkey. It is so versatile sandwiches, salads and soups. If I had the time I'd make another one just for the leftovers.

For some reason Lasagna is always better the next day, Heat it up in the microwave and it's better than when it first came out of the oven.

From a holiday viewpoint, stuffing. Otherwise anything that gets better being stored- like soup, chili, stew, and stuff with a tomato or barbecue sauce.
