my tree has falled down on my house because of the freezing rain. I was wondering if my house insurance covers for the damage. thank you

Most likely yes but be aware that you probably have at least $500 deductable. If you get an estimate to remove the tree for less than 7 to $800 i would just pay for it myself as a claim will probably raise your rates. If your deductable is more, figure accordingly.

it is so chilly the rain turns to ice rather of snow. Very detrimental. it could knock down ability traces from the heavy weight. And the roads are treacherous. this is lots greater uncomplicated to force on snow packed roads then a thick sheet of slick ice.

Most HO policies will cover this type of accident. You need to contact your agent or claims. Also, depending on what type of HO policy you have, debris removal will also be covered.

You need to check your insurance policy. Be forewarned that many policies do NOT cover acts of nature.
