I have my ex. bf i'll call him Vinny who was my first bf and everything in HS.We had a very dramatic relationship becacause i was a good girl and he was a bad boy from another not as nice town.He broke up with me and broke my heart twice. The last time i was unknowingly pregnant i became depressed went from being 110 pounds(5ft 6) down to 90 pounds and lost the baby.I went on to college became even more shy than in HS and Vinny came back to hound me for a fling while he had a gf.I stupidly agreed and that went on for a little over a year.I met a really sweet guy(Danny) who brought me back to myself we started being friend then dating and i ended the fling with my ex.Well when Danny died suddenly(cancer)Vinny came by again for a fling (still with the gf) 3 months after our daughter was concieved.Well now my daughter is 4 yrs old; Vinny her dad asked me to allow him to pay CS of the books and i agreed. But he has stopped paying for the last 6 months?I believe he may have married...

because his mother was recently bragging to a friends/ friend of my moms about being excited to have a daughter-in-law?I have moved on and am in a long term relationship but its under strain right now because my daughters bio-dad as paying for daycare but has stopped.P.S.Vinny asked not to be put on my daughters birth certificate so only me/him/and my mom are aware of his paternity.

If he's the father, he should pay. Establish paternity and hit him for child support. Be honest and credit him with the amount he has paid, however.

I wouldn't because I wouldn't want him to have ANYTHING to do with my daughter. You start charging him Child Support and he will start coming around, that's how they operate. It's like a car payment to men, if they are paying the payment then they expect the benefit. If they don't have to pay they have no problem staying away from the child. You need to keep her away from him and yourself, sounds like the guy is a piece of work. I would let him cook his own goose by getting so far behind in child support and then ask him to give up his paternal rights. Trust me he is only going to hurt your daughter in the future.

You need to go to your da and file on him. Im not trying to say stick it to him but your daughter deserves the money and if you think about it by him not paying that takes things away from her i am almost certain your baby is beautiful and she deserves to have the best which his support would help you achieve for her!

I believe he is scum, and I also believe that you need to get a lawyer and go after him for child support. Do not deprive your daughter of the support she deserves. It's the least the creep can do!

I think that he should pay, but it’s going to be a costly fight. It seems like to me that he has covered his foot prints so that if you wanted to try and find him it’s going to be more time consuming than anything. But I would say if you want to fight then bring it to him.

Of course. He is the dad and has responsibility in the care of his child.
