This works to remove skunk spray, however I would test a small spot first. Proxide- baking soda- and dawn dishsoap For bathing the dog we use 1 bottle of proxide 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of dawn . This works!! however you wouldn't need this much. Good Luck.

Try Febreze its great stuff for getting rid of smells, one of my mates threw up in the back of my car and I had washed it out loads of times with all sorts of things but it still smelled until I just sprayed it with Febreze.
