Why not make your own? Just find any essay, copy and paste it into a blank document. Find the first noun and replace it with (noun) in parentheses. Now copy that and paste it throughout the essay wherever you see a noun. Then go back through and do the same for plurals, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.

Here is one I just made. I googled "history lesson" and then clicked on one and followed the instructions above.

(noun) Tall Tales: The (noun) loved (plural noun) . Special (plural noun) created (noun) that were (verb) over and over. Their (noun) always did amazing (noun). Their (plural noun) were always (adjective) than (noun). The (noun) believed in many (plural noun). Some of their (plural noun) were about the (Adjective) (verb) of their (plural noun). One (adjective) (noun) refers to a (adjective) (noun) with (adjective) (body part), who was really a (noun). This (noun) lived in (town). He created the (adjective) (noun). Another popular (noun) tells a (noun)about (name), the (noun). In that (noun), (name) created the (adjective) people. The story of (name) is still told in (town) today.
