What is now Ireland was mainly underwater at this time. The chalk cliffs of Antrim were formed at this time from the remains of billions of microscopic marine creatures; the chalk is evidence of life from this time if you like.
However Jurassic rocks at Larne have yielded Ichthyosaur remains.

The granite mountains in the northern part of Ireland and the Giant’s Causeway etc were only formed around 10 million years after the extinction of the dinosaurs (65mya) at around 55 million years ago.
Geologically speaking Ireland is a youngster compared to other regions, as there was so little land it would have been impossible to support dinosaurs such as T Rex etc.
It's possible remains of marine life have been overlain by other layers of rock and remain to be discovered deep down.

Only a guess but I presume there wasn't a Republic of Ireland back in those times. I would also imagine it was possibly under the ocean. As parts of Northern Ireland is higher above sea level than the Republic I presume thats why they have been found there. If there were dinosaurs around now Eire would be dinosaur heaven!!

...or maybe the answer is that they just didn't like the taste of Guiness. It is for an acquired taste!!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are around 440,000 people living here in Ireland who are out of work right now (including my partner who was made redundant 19 months ago) that is around 14% of the workforce. It is a long queue to join the back of. Realistically how are you going to afford to rent a flat/apartment if you have no job? A landlord will want a deposit and proof of income. You certainly won't be able to buy a house, banks are demanding 30% down payment on average, they will only lend mortgages of 70% if you have a well paid job. You don't need a visa if you are an EU national but there are very few jobs here that is the simple fact. You may not have realised but there is a "Discover" section at the top right of your screen which gives answers to previous questions of a similar nature. Questions such as yours get asked every week on Y!A if you look. We are in the depths of recession and thousands of our young college graduates are emigrating to Australia and Canada to find work because they cannot get a job here. Do you not read the newspapers? The UK has just lent Ireland about 7 billion Euro, we are bankrupt and people are losing their jobs every day. It is going to get worse before it gets better, interest rates are probably going to rise next month according to the ECB in the news today. I know it is tough, my kids are 18 and 16, I worry for them what they are going to do but this recession won't last forever. Distance yourself from these troublemakers, stop smoking weed. Get a more positive outlook on life.

Well, there were footprints found on Valencia Island in County Kerry which were made by dinosaurs, it was in a National Geographic magazine some years ago. No skeletons were found, but there are petroleum reserves off the west coast of Ireland, so it may be that they all lived there and died there and gradually became oil .... don't forget that the coastline of Europe was very different way back then.
