& why a lot of African origin in Brazil , but not in Argentine ?

There are larger numbers of people of Afrincan decent in the Southern United States, Brazil and the Carribean because these were the areas for slave colonies and plantations.

Yes while these were the large centers of slave trade, the Union was based largely on Industry, while the south was largely agricultural. After the Abolishment of slavery, many blacks had little to no education, and no money, or land, meaning they became "indentured servants" instead of slave, this changed though with the black migration during WWII where million came to North looking for War time work.

Just as everywhere else in the Americas. The Portugeese and Spanish brought them as slaves from Africa.

A large part of it was because that's where they were shipped to in the slave trade.
