Hi,
Well in the end of Oct I had sex with a condom and birth control. I was taking antibiotics so I heard that this decreases the effectiveness of the birth control. Then about 5 days later I started my period and it seemed a little shorter . . not too much though. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I could have tested too soon. So then I got my period again in the end of november about 26 days after my previous period. I started a day or two early but it ran the full lenth but it stopped and then i had slight pink discharge afterwards. I took another pregnancy test and it came out negative. Is there still a big chance I could be pregnant. I am just afraid that I am one of those cases that won't find out until ike 5 months along.

From the sounds of it I would say that you are not pregnant. The antibiotics probably just threw your system through a minor loop and you should be back on track now. If you are still concerned about the possibility, go and see your Dr. and ask if a blood test can be done. That is the best way to know.

Periods = not pregnant. It's not rocket science. The women who have slight periods and actually are pregnant is very rare. One of these days I'm going to look up the statistics so all these people can now that if you have a period, you are most likely not pregnant.

You say you had sex with two forms of birth control. That would be enough to prevent it. If you were pregnant you would not have gotten your period. That and two negative tests and you can be very sure you are not.

sorry to disappoint but your not pregnant, although the birth control may have failed the condom would have worked and if youve had 2 periods since then , then i think the chances are pretty slim!! i really wouldnt waste any more time worrying. keep using protection and stay safe!!

geez...you've continued to have your period and have taken 2 pregnancy tests that reads negative...I don't understand what's so confusing!

no if you got your period twice and took two tests i think your safe

it sounds like its unlikely that you are but if you want to be sure 100% go to your doctors for a test.

you are not pregnant, you have been having your periods.
