Spell Christian the normal way. The way you have it spelled makes it look like a girl's name. Then call him Chris.

Maybe consider the nickname Mick from the middle name Michael. And ignore everyone else's opinion on the spelling. You are the one naming your child not everyone else. All you asked for were ideas for nicknames not spellings!! ;-)

I like the name a lot, but prefer the spelling Christian Michael or Kristian Michael. Either way, nicknames include:
Ian
Khris/Chris/Kris
Mikey
K-M

I agree the spelling is too girly. Chris, or Mikey I guess for a nickname.

spell it Christian, or Kristian (looks a bit girly) and call him Chris or Kris. Khristian just looks stupid.

I have to agree with Sarah Jane. The K makes it feminine. You can spell it "Cristian" or "Christian." And, you don't have to have a nickname or even a nickname that goes with his name, such as Peanut, Bubba, etc.

Ditto the girlie looking name. Sad but true, kids with unconventional names are discriminated against in school and especially in the workplace. Don't start your kid off behind the pack.
