I hit a curb going about 20-30 miles per hour. It completely bent my rim, popped my tire. I replaced the tire with the spare and there is still really loud grinding or rubbing going on. It appears that I ruptured the CV boot, and possibly bent, broke other things. Does this sound right and does anybody know how much this stuff would cost me?

Suspension damage. You need to take it (towed or flatbed, DO NOT DRIVE it or risk more damage) to a body shop or a well qualified mechanic. The car must be checked for frame damage first. If there is damage, it might be fixable but, in most cases, you'll need to buy another car as your will never be the same again. The entire assembly on the side that was damaged must be replaced, a new rim and then the car needs a 4-wheel alignment. Expensive to the tune of $1500 or more.

You may have snapped the spring and damaged the CV joint. If it was hard enough to rupture the CV boot, then you did other damage. Have an under car shop look at it.
This may be covered under your insurance too.

Have it looked at. You might not have done bdy frame damage, but you probably need a drive axle, control arm, tie rods and such, but there can always be little things that don't appear to the eye. As far as how much to fix....bring your wallet.
