what is the name of the most southerly great lake? i need help?

You didn't capitalize which would make them (America's) Great Lakes of which Lake Erie is the southernmost.
Since it it open, you could perhaps mean Africa's great lakes. Not every list of them is the same, so, while I'd list Lake Malawi as the southernmost, some might list Lake Tanganyika. Since they are all south of the equator, Lake Malawi would be the southernmost great lake.
Others that are called great lakes are north of the equator.

I CAN'T MAKE A POSITIVE DETERMINATION IT'S EITHER LAKE MICHIGAN OR LAKE EIRE. IF I HAD TO PICK ONE I'D GO WITH MICHIGAN. ON SECOND THOUGHT IT IS ERIE FOR SURE.
