I would wait. However, my husband and I decided to TTC in March (of 2006) and I went off BCP in October. I charted every cycle between then and March, so I knew exactly when I'd ovulate each time. We used a barrier method in the meantime. That being said, I had originally had irregular cycles, but after that I saw that I was consistently ovulating on day 16 or 17. It only took us 2 months to get pregnant after that.

There is no point to chart anything when on the pill, since the pill works by stopping ovulation. It's best to go off the pill about 3 months prior to trying to conceive, use condoms or something else during that time, and then chart signs. I did this both times before trying to conceive.

Wait until you stop taking the pill. The pill causes you to have your period a certain week, and once you stop, it might not continue in the same pattern. Just wait unitl you are TTC, then start tracking everything.

Sometimes when you get off BC the cycle can get all messed up at first. I would talk to your doctor about when you should get off the pill and The changes that will occur

Save your time, you're not ovulating so there's nothing to be gained from charting.
