we are getting divorced now because i just couldn't take the way he treated me anymore. he was abusive and controlling and one of the last straws for me was when i caught him trying to photograph me during sex. it made me so mad! so, so , so mad.....(i'm a mother, a teacher, and a very moral person) anyone have any thoughts?

I would make sure that the court knows all of this and that it be part of the order of the court divorce decree that if at anytime any photos surface of you anywhere on the planet he shall be charged with whatever crime the police can get him for. AND that he pay huge punitive fines.

Let me put it this way....... There are laws in most states against defamation of character and invasion of privacy, etc. In reality, If you filmed a sexual act with a non consenting person and never told a soul the chances of being pursued legally are slim, because nobody would know. If you post the video on the internet and show it to your friends it's a whole 'nother story. We're talking common sense here johnny boy

Proceed to court and make sure u throw that in when u give ur reasons for wanting a divorce. My thoughts r, he should have asked... then again he must have known the response he would have gotten, that's why he tried to do it without ur knowledge or consent. If I'm not mistaken, there's a law against that. I think ur headed in the right direction ( Divorce ), with him being abusive, controlling and a perv. Good luck! Take him for everything hes got... including his dreams.
