Church choir will help you train your singing for free, But the real secret to becoming famous is self promotion, Madonna is a so-so singer vocally but she knows how to make a name for herself. YouTube is great for self promotion, make videos that show your ability and style. Don't make anything trashy, it will destroy your chances at a serious entertainment career. Make online videos that are basically video auditions. Being charming on camera is a skill you will learn by practice, but you need it to be a pop star. When your YouTube stuff is good enough to get a few hundred views, then you should send the links to casting agents. Concentrate on covering songs more then your own work if you want to be a star, producers will hir a songwriter if they feel you have the ability to draw a fan base, but if you put up you own songs, then you are presenting yourself as a writer, not a pop star.

Hello.
I would stay away from godaddy. I know a lot of people use it, but if you are going to sell ebooks on your site, you'll have a very hard time getting any scripts or programs to work. I have 2 sites with them and I will probably move them if I can ever figure out how to move the domains away from them.
The way they have things set up, you end up paying for everything that you would normally get with a provider that has C-Panel included with your site.
And if you want to move your domain, it's hard to get the information you need from godaddy.
I'd try someplace like HostGator. You can check them out here. http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=rckid6061
Good luck with your career,
Robbie

Try netfirms.com. Domains are only $5.95 and that comes with free hosting and free WHOIS Privacy. Now if you want a banner free site upgrade to a Plus, I think it's like $4.95 a month and you'll get a lot more including a blog, forum, 10 email accounts and database.

Start by learning grammar and punctuation. At the same time, work on increasing your vocabulary.
When you can achieve a reasonably coherent literary standard, then you might consider becoming an author. Until then, a website is an unnecessary expense. You should also be capable of researching such simple matters for yourself.
Good luck.

You need to remember something. Now that you have stated you are a writer, your writing will be judged any time you post. Writers cannot afford to be sloppy in the way they write in any forum. It's like having a car mechanic who drives a car that smokes, backfires, and rattles. Image is everything.
