Find a picture that you like on the internet, print it out at the size you want and copy it. Do that lots of times and then start drawing from a live model posing for you. It takes lots of practice and patience. You can also check how-to books in the library or art shop

Draw someone from real life, you can imitate pictures but being able to look at the actual shape and angles of the face makes it a lot easier.
