Not Homework.

An acrostic poem is a poem in which the first letter of each line spells out a word. Example:

Garbage

Grounds (coffee)
Apple (core)
Rinds (mellon)
Banana (peel)
Anchovies (from a pizza I wouldn't eat)
Grapes (too ripe to eat)
Emptying the stinking bag (my job)

The snowflake dances
Here and there,
Enjoying it's decent
Spinning in the frosty air.

Matters not, they're all the same.
A little gift from heaven above,
Now on earth for us to love!!
