No. More solar radiation means more evaporation, which means more cloud cover, which means more rain and snow. i attached a link to the actual science of it.

not totally what global warmingis pretty much is the pollution of co2 in the air and the sun bounces 90% of its energy of antartica, with that being said in les than 50 years that contenent will disapear starting huge flouds by the rising sea level and the shortage of water, in May im having a show and Al Gore should be speaking contact me if ur interested

No, it means that the heat energy available will increase, hence there will be more evaporation. This means that there will be more water vapor in certain regions and hence, depending on the weather(!), and so a greater chance of rain/snow in a certain place or a greater chance of more intense rain/snow storms.
