I'm assuming you mean 2 days after implantation, since that's when HCG levels begin to rise. If a doctor did a blood test 2 days after implantation (which would be 8-12 days after conception) then yes you coud get a positive. Most doctors will not do a blood test that early, since it's about a week before your period is due, and about 50% of these very early preganncies end in miscarriage, but most women just think it's their period.

2 days after sex - impossible

2 days after implantation - rare, since HCG levels are still very low. A blood test would have to be re-done if levels are below 25. Usually takes 5-10 days after implantation for enough HCG to be detected by a blood test to give you a definate positive.

2 days after missed period - possible.

no. Your body doesnt start producing hormones for pregnancy until implantation. That happens 3-7 days after conception. And it takes about a week for those numbers to show in a blood test, and about two weeks for a urine test.

Blood tests will show the weeks you'd be PMSing in most cases, and urine will show the week you'd be on your period in most cases.

not usually. a blood test can be done at 10 days after conception.

so...this means this:

Nov. 1-5 period
Nov. 11-14 fertility days
Nov. 14 ovulated
Nov. 15 fertilization (conception)
Nov. 25 blood test can be done

Hope this helps!

Two days after implantation (via a blood test), yes. This happens 5-10 days after you ovulate, so as long as two weeks after sex.

There is no accurate way because it can take up to 6 days post intercourse for the sperm to attach to the egg.
