For me it was hard to stop smoking but I did it because I found out I was pregnant and I haven't smoked for 9 years now .I still miss it but I look at my kids and I say it's not worth it .

Cigarettes. When I try to kick the habit, I overindulge in chocolate (and I have high blood sugar & high cholesterol), so chocolate's a big no-no.
