Get away from other humans when you get angry. Vent your frustrations somewhere by yourself.
I get in my car and turn my stereo up super loud and scream with the lyrics. I have certain CDs that have many songs written specifically about being angry and how I feel when I am angry. Doing this calms to the point where I can be around people again without going medieval on them.

I turn the anger on myself, but it's not something I recommend, especially if you're the type who can't bottle up feelings, or if doing so will cause a more drastic explosion. The healthiest way that I know, get a punching bag, or work on ones in the gym.
