I love baked gammon, red cabbage, carrots and dauphinous potatoes. We always have this meal on Christmas Eve. I also adore the traditional turkey with trimmings. I just love food full stop!

I can't stand having Turkey for Thanksgiving and then again at Christmas so I do one hispanic style and one traditional this year I'm doing crazy corn for Christmas with some tacos I think

We make this dish with cod fish it's so delicious and we have these carrot donuts that my mom makes for us . It's all Portuguese food .
