I do. Every single time...sometimes adding a comment or two. Even when I choose a best answer for my OWN questions, I'll leave a comment to a few others who answered, if I loved their answer. (If you've ever answered one of my questions, I probably said something to you.) So, do YOU thank the person?

LESLIEAN, It's in the same row as where you can star people. I believe on resolved questions, it's the 3rd button over, and it'll say "Comment." When you click on that, a box opens, and you can say anything you want before hitting "Submit"

I used to. Then I read a question about whether or not people ever went back and read the comments after their questions closed, and almost everyone said no. So I stopped. You have now activated the guilt center in my brain, and I will start doing so again.

I always do. I dont ask many questions, but I always get a good feeling when I get best answer and a little message too! It's a great community we have and it's a little like forming a friendship with lots of peeps all over the world!!!

I usually do not..and I don't feel guilty either....to be honest.
I ask alot of questions and award best answers all the time....and I don't expect a thank you...if I get one I'm happy about it.....but I'm not mad if I don't get one... I figure they can email me if they have a comment or something to tell me, but if they just want to say thank you that is fine...but I don't need them to to feel good about giving them the best answer...

I continually go away a remark too. i've got in user-friendly terms asked 6 questions and no-one has left a remark so i don't understand if the device notifies you. i'm thinking it would not reason it somewhat is on that spot and not sent.

Can You? I do in my head, but I didn't know you could respond to someone who gave you a best...I hope I can find out how you do it. I feel bad, I wish I'd known, I've got lots of bests and lots of people I wish I could have thanked. I looked on their profiles and most of them can't be contacted by email. Hmmm. If you add any comments here, please tell me how, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to know. Thanks!!! =)

Sometimes I do, but it depends on who gave me best answer and what the question was about.

Not formally... I usually thank them by answering more of their questions. Does that sound mean? I don't mean it that way. I just don't want to bother someone by messaging them.
