I didn't think Detroit would do as well against Dallas as they did...

Actually it was a pretty formful week
Tampa Bay losing to Houston was the biggest surprise of the weekend
And the fact that the Jets could actually score 18 points in a game. You could not make one good team from the Jets and Dolphins rosters, pathetic.

The Niners shut down Adrian Petersen. They still lost, but I'm sure it cost a number of fantasy teams some losses.
Also Trent Edwards of the Buffalo Bills threw a multiple TD game.

I was surprised that Dallas didn't blow out Detroit...but that is a sign of a good team...still be able to win even when you play like everyone on the team has diarrhea!

troy smith coming in for boller late in the 4th quarter and bowling over 2 guys on the goal line to score his first nfl touchdown as a professional.
His first pass was damn near a td, nice pass too.
I imagine he'll be starting next week, he just looks right for that team. Boller is rusting in the pocket too much.

I was surprised by the tenacity of the Lions. And I was surprised at the way the Colts came out of the starting block with such vengance!! Good weekend of football.

The Lions almost beating the Cowboys turned out to be a surprisingly fun game to watch.

My biggest surprise was that I got every pick on my football pool right! I am pretty sure I won, I plan on spending it all in a strip bar

I would have to say Jason Witten catching 15 passes for 138 yards and T.O. catching 3 for 21 yards. I had projected quiet the opposite.
