Regular tylenol with nothing else in it. Use regular saline nasal spray to flush our your nose and then blow it well, it'll cut down the life span of the cold.

cold remedies dont get rid of colds, they make them last longer because you're body cannot flush out the infected mucus. Beyond that they put strain on your cadiovascular system and heart, raise your BP, and cause birth defects in a small percentage of babies.

They may be on the safe list for OB's offices, but safe only means that less than 20% of pregnancies resulted in defect or loss. And to me, thats still too high a risk. Beyond that, it doesnt help out with the problem in the first place.

Saline solution, thats what gets rid of colds.

my doctor told me either sudafed pe, tylenol cold, or plain robitussin. Call your doctor, I am sure they have a list as well.

You should call your doctor. They have a list of what they do and do not recommend.
