Fair...I get more upset at a guy getting 23 months for drunk driving and killing someone more then I do someone fighting dogs. Killing a 10 yr old is much worst. We will never have the opportunity to find out what she could've done for the world.

Race isn't the reason all human beings is asserting it is not harsh adequate, give up making up lazy arguments. many of the extra irritating human beings on indexed under are nuts that have this fake thought of canines and issues. canines are wolves, wolves kill, canines kill. almost all dogs breeds have been bred to the two hunt, kill, or seize flees from their proprietors. Vick's sentence is sturdy adequate for me, dogs scuffling with is against the regulation, and Vick knew that. Why all people might get excitement out of watching 2 canines tear one yet another aside is previous me. there's a brilliant difference between a dogs combat and a combat between 2 canines on the line; the dogs's on the line are not all that prepared in killing one yet another and frequently it is in simple terms a squabble. dogs scuffling with is diverse, and it is stupid. Punishing him for killing canines is idiotic. A dogs isn't something extra advantageous than glorified farm animals. all human beings is extra efficient than canines.

I think it would be fair if he served all 23 months. I have 5 dogs and 4 cats and I can't imagine any one doing such horrible things to dogs, but our country doesn't punish animal cruelty as we'd like to hope. I don't think he'll actually serve more than a year.

You have people playing in the NFL who have failed 5 drug tests. This was Vick's first offense. He has repented, said he's sorry, what else do you want from the guy? If he had gotten drunk and killed someone in a car accident, he'd be playing football right now. People who value dogs over people are the ones that are sick. He killed dogs that didn't fight well. All his dogs were turned over to some animal shelter. Are any of them still alive? I doubt it. At least Vick didn't kill all his dogs. People who are trashing Vick are racists. They wouldn't be yelling for his hide if he was white.

No, they should've given him at least 3-5. That's just gonna give hoodlums like him more power, and say that the justice system is lenient and 24 months to a hoodlum is nothing in their pathetic lives.

It is most definately not fair. If I had been the Judge, he would have gotten 23 years!! I despise that man!!

he should have been executed. We can all hope that maybe someone will kill him in a prison shower or maybe bash his head in at the urinal or something.

I could care less if hes white, brown, red, or yellow... he's a monster.

As far as the other guy who mentioned the idea of drunk driving... if someone gets a DUI they should be executed on the spot, no ifs ands or buts.

For the crimes he admitted guilt to...no. But the deal was cut that he will testify for the prosecution in future legal proceedings - which certainly weighed heavily with the judge - and voluntarily beginning to serve time demonstarted to the court that he was accepting responsibility for the crimes he pled guilty to and was prepared to serve his sentence.

I think a fair punishment would be to bury him up to his neck in dirt, let all the dogs pee and sh.t all over him. Then take a lawn mower and run over him.
