If he served the entire time it would be fair.

But he will only serve probably half of that.

Well now Roger Goodall can hand down his punishment because Goodall said he was waiting to hear the what the courts were going to hand out .

Michael Vick should be banned for life from the NFL.
because if he only serves 6 months that still leaves him young enough to continue his career in the NFL .And he may be welcomed back with open arms in Atlanta but he will be booed any where else he goes

The Punishment does not fit the crime .

Fair is a tough question to answer. What is 60-something dog's lives worth to you? I think that question differs from person to person. We also have to remember he lost an estiamte $25 million in salary and endorsements.

However, after only 2 years in prison, he'll be able to play football again (prob.in Canada) and be back to making millions. So for me, I don't think it's fair. I'd say 5-10 years so he can't play football, which would actually hurt him financially as well as emotionally.

He will do 6 months tops then proby the rest.
That's pretty fair if you count that he lost his career & lots of $.

The jail sentence isn't the punishment, it's his tarnished reputation and the fact that he is VERY unlikely to return to the NFL.

yes

what's not cool is the amount of that he won't serve
just like anybody else who gets "sentenced" to a certain length of time

He'll serve half... maybe. But for the rest of his sorry life, he'll wear a big ole " L " on his forehead.

Fair enough. As long as he regrets what he did. I thought he would get a lot more so he is lucky.
