LOL these answers are sooo funny......My husband is a wonderful guy BUT he has food issues. He hates to eat leftovers. He grew up with money and so they didn't save left overs. I did not and nothing went to waste. If there are leftovers and they are in the fridge for more than one day, he will not eat them.....:)

Well, nothing shocking because this is a second marriage for me, and guy stuff like leaving the toilet seat up (this one puts it down! lol his Momma trained him well), shavings in the sink (he has a full beard & moustashe that I trim for him), his 'aim' is pretty good,he apologizes if he breaks wind ,showers daily and sprays deoderant not only where it's designed to go, but on the shirt under his arms as well (calls it extra insurance.) I knew he was clutzy and not much of a housekeeper before we married, altho if I clean/organize something he keeps it that way......
.....the only thing that could be classified as a shock is the extensive & severe scarring on his body, arms & legs from severe acne as a teenager (the scar tissue on his back alone is thick & feels/looks like webbing) and he still suffers from bouts of adult acne.....when he flew up to meet me ( we actually met online) I came calling for him at his hotel room on an arranged outting, he answered the door with his shirt off.....he said he already had feelings for me before we met face to face and wanted to see how I would re-act...the way I did re-enforced his feelings for me.......
.......so altho it was a good year before we marriedit still bothers me because I can't imagine the suffering he went thru during his teenage years ( he was harassed and made fun of because it)...he won't talk about it....mentioned some of the names he was called (cruel ones) and that a dead rat was once put in his locker........as our marriage continues he tells me a little more and more about what he went thru, so it's the way this wonderfully smart, witty ,sweet and , caring person was treated because of something beyond his control that shocks me, not the scars.....

Yes well, He leaves the seat up, leaves His clothes upon the floor in a trail, snores like a chainsaw, and talks in His sleep!

Bless the wonderful man's soul, I laugh as I put the seat down, pick up his clothes on the way through the house and make him roll over so he snores less! I would to much more than these things to have Him with me forever. I don't ever want to not have these irritations around because that means He is not there!

To be short and sweet, he elaborated more on his family after the wedding. They're a nightmare and they've messed up my husband pretty well. He's got a paranoid personality, meaning he's thinks people are out to get him when they're not. I love him though, and I have faith that I can get him through it.

The little piles of papers he keeps in the home office (on the floor!) Just little piles etc...nothing special...just bills, mail, letters, coupons etc...That changed quickly b/c I told him to refused to go around them/pick them up when i vacuumed! So now everything has it's own file folder in the computer desk and the little piles have been obliterated!

I found out he didn't like to bathe or wash his hair, so to have him clean I would bathe him, cut and wash his hair, even brushed his dentures. I did all I could to help him because he would call me a nag if I told him it was shower time. I always hoped he would learn to do this on his own. He never wanted to have a good personal hygiene, so I eventually let him go.

hair shavings in the sink. Since I have mentioned that to him though, I haven't seen any, lol. Also, wearing these red warm up pants two weeks in a row before washing them ( I sneak them in the wash ) :)

I lived with my other half before we got married so there were no surprises, and love is about over looking the minor things in life, we all get gas, we all do silly things, loving someone goes beyond all that nonsense.

LOL We lived together for a year before we married and so I was very surprised that he threw out my bikinis after we married! I had NO idea that he was jealous! It worked out for 40 years though (%
