Hi:
What is your greenhouse temperature? You may also want to back off the watering if it is an established plant. I have had a greenhouse and maintained cooler months with a temperature of around 68 degrees. Another possibility is if you just moved it into the greenhouse, sometimes it will go through a shock period. This is normal. Depending if you are in zones seven or eight, your Hibiscus is considered a perennial and will die out in the winter months. You should be able to maintain it in your greenhouse.

Back off the watering to may once a week or when the soil an inch or so down is dried out. Add some slow six month nitrogen release fertilizer to the plant and this should also help.

Good luck to you and if you need any other suggestions, please feel free to contact me at my website. I will link you to my site map where it has everything that is one my website. I will also link you to my tropic section where I have a page on the Hibiscus plant. Have a great day!

it's winter and the leaves are not getting enuff light... all tropical hibbies I've ever seen, greenhouse kept or not, will slow way down or go totally dormant in winter, even if kept warm... the only ones I know that will remain green and blooming are those under lights..... back off on the water, too.... and no fertilizer now... the plant may look nekkid and nearly dead by Feb, but don't let that fool you.... as soon as the light returns to bright and the weather to warm/hot, it will bounce right back....
