uhh I only vaguely get your concept. You can FEEL more girly by wearing makeup, tighter jeans, and more colorful colors (not nessisarily pink). Take some inspiration from girly stores, but only inspiration, don't actually buy girl clothes. You want to feel girly but not look like a girl, right? :] You don't have to be in private either :] Don't be afraid. If you're confident the people who matter in the slightest will respect you and maybe even like you :] I would absolutely fall to my knees in awe and respect if a guy walked into school wearing a dress or skirt, that was not brought about by a bet or dare.
