I have often seen elections where many more people vote for one office than votes cast for other offices. This is true even though some people may only be voting for the less interesting contest. Would it be a great embarrassment that so many people do not care for either choice?

They do publish the total number of votes for each candidate, and for or against each question to voters on the ballot, in my state.

Total figures of the number of people voting are also available.

no one voted for bush last time but he won some how.

there is alot of things the US does it does not tell its peeps.
