Psychiatrist are MDs, so you will have to go to medical school. If you want to go to medical school -- you should be studying the sciences. It would be foolish to major in the arts.
Take mathematics, biology, chemistry and psychology classes.

Yeah you have to change to the Arts Stream if you wanna be a Psychiatrist...
And major in Psychology...

psychology will only be a part of your degree also with social studies, you have do masters in it. But this is different from clinical psychology which is only done by medical students. You can't treat by medicine.
