DENIAL OF THE HOLOCAUST

ABC has just asked: do we have 'tangible evidence' of the Holocaust?

So my invitation is this: if ABC would like, I will arrange for him to speak with, or email with, a relative of mine who was himself in Auschwitz and who lost his entire family there.

Would ABC like to accept?

I'm not sure why he feels that the MOUNTAINS of 'tangible' evidence that we already have is not sufficient but there you go. My offer stands.

ABC's remarks appear in Israel forum, under 'Travel', in answer to the question titled 'Holocaust Denial'

- perhaps some decent historians would like to set him straight, finally?

I am not ranting; the Holocaust denial appears, as already stated, in the Israel forum, in Travel - any good historians welcome to join us there.

This question is not for the history area. I don't know where it would go, but it doesn't go here. You're not asking about a historical event, you're asking about a person's reply.

Now, if you have a question about the holocaust itself, we can talk about it, but until then, this doesn't fit.

The only reason one would deny the reality of the Holocaust is to promote an agenda of hate to make the very existence of Jews illegitimate..and esentially carry on the work OF the Holocaust.

They reveal themselves as embracing the worst of human nature. Pitiful, truly pitiful.

mhh I am amazed.. What is the meaning of "Tangible evidence" ? Corpses are not a tangible evidence ? Witnesses ? Barracks ?? Documents ? One thing is discussing causes and dimensions and people involved, another is looking for "Tangible Evidences" for a fact that was in the front of eyes of everyone, of prisoners, of soldiers, of the same SS...
What about looking about "Tangible Evidences" of the exsistance of Roman Empire, or of Queen Elizabeth I ...
.
