the molar mass of AgNO3 is
Ag =108 N=14 O3 =3*16 =48
so AgNO3= 108+14+48=170g
A 500mL=0.5L of 2.0M contains 0.5*2 =1 mole
so you need 170g AgNO3

No. moles AgNO3 = volume(L) x molarity
= 0.50 x 2
= 1.0 mole AgNO3
mass AgNO3= No.moles x molar mass
= 1 x 170
= 170 g AgNO3
