The supernatural ordeal has forever been around to explain odd goings on, a sudden chill, shimmers, strange noises. All usually can be explained away, but hey where's the fun in that. Its all to do with the atmosphere, take the Grudge (I watched the original Japanese version as well as the American remake) the scene where that face slowly, eerily moved down made me feel more scared than the big gory monster charging after the American teens who still hadn't learnt to split up from their broken down van in the middle of the woods.

If you can make a good atmosphere, people will be spooked!

Yes they are quite real, I can assure you. I LIVE with two soldiers from 3rd world war, the appartment building i live in has quite the history, it used to be living quarters for the soldiers. I've seen them, heard them and felt their presense. At first it was kinda scarey cause while I was reading in my bed one night, this is over 5 years ago, my cat suddenly bolted up right and jumped at the wall, she then rans from my bedroom to the living room and back. I thought she was going crazy, then I read about how cats have infra-red vision, among other senses. I was always a believer in the supernatural always will be, I believe when our bodies(shell) die, our souls live on, when the time is right, we are re-born with another birth.

Well, i didnt believe in them until i went deeper into religion (yes religion! dont exclaim lol).... I'll give u the jist... We're all created from one soul (part of God), Human objective in life is "to become one with God"... And when our day of judgement comes (which is when we die), God has a kind of a list of our deeds (karma), if we've been terrible with our karma, our souls do not become one with God for a certain suitable period (depending on karma), such souls are between the two worlds, so there are loads of souls all around and they'll never harm us. I dont know if souls come to take revengue, but there are souls all around us... And when we think too much bout them, we do tend to disturb them.... Never go for a planchit or something...Dont bother them and they wont bother u!!! I know that would seem like a kiddish answer to many ..but i believe in that...Basically when ur suffering gets balanced with ur karma...the soul is freed and returns to God... God will definitely forgive the soul... the only factor is time... till he makes the soul really feel sorry for the wrong deeds!!!

Since I have actually seen one, I would have to say they are real. Very scary ,and there were two other people with me that also saw the ghost.

spirits are real as you and I, just not everybody experiences them, and honestly, the way they show themselves to the living, the way they're experienced, is often very easily explained away. It's a very subtle thing, you know?
