The video card is the most important component in gaming. With the 8800GT video card and 2GB of system RAM you will be rocking the game world.

Okay there are a lot more factors to take in on the processor then just the 2.13. Some of the newer games coming out require a 3.0 processor or duo core chips. To see that information check out the game Age of Connan. At some point you will also bootle neck with things on the computer, what is the northbridge you are running?
It might even be cheaper to go with a different motherboard if you are on DDR ram and not DDR2 which 2gbs of DDR2 ram is like $50 after mail in rebates for gaming stuff or $40 off ebay. Also there is a lot of stress on the CPU when gaming. You can get a decent single core 3.0 and up for less then a $100 places still selling them online. Heck the D chips of 3.0 where selling for around $70 recently. As for the graphics if you where not looking at spending a lot you could get a 7950GT which ranks pretty high up there for gaming, for around $150 and gets the 5.9 rank on windows Vista. That is my two cents and I hope it helps.

It depends on what kind of processor...not just the speed. Like my old 2.8GHz Celeron was slow as hell while other processors at 2.0GHz would be really fast.

But basically, if you have a good processor...2.13GHz should be enough. And the 8800GT is really good so if your motherboard supports it...go for it.
